i am so fucking excited. not a huge fan of either bands, but i usually have to travel 1.5-2 hours to go see a band. this is in tenby. TENBY.

my week.. :)
been an awesome week. got some uni work done. half of my first assignment is pretty much done which i'm stoked about =) and i feel like it's pretty good so far. so i'm happy about that. tomorrow i'm gonna skim read some more chapters, just to make sure i can add a few extra quotations and shit in there :) so that's all rad really
went to see new found glory on thursday. was a great day. alex, me, alex's gf and his sister all went up at around 11am, got there at 1pm(ish).. long drive but it went fairly quickly with all the banter in the car. alex's sister and gf went shopping, so alex and i went to the pub for a few pints, some food and to hang out, as the gig didn't start till 7(doors opening that is)
we saw all the band members walking about etc. we played the it-box, alex had 50p, put it in, got £2 out, and then he was able to afford some chips and CHEEZ so i think he was happy with that haha, what a king.
so the gig right?
first on were crime in stereo; i could see how the whole line up had a hardcore kind of edge to it, and in all fairness, musically this band was very good. i enjoyed their set, but the vocalist was so poor, he has as much stage presence as a turd in a redundant, unused toilet cubicle.
four year strong were on next, fusing their pop punk with fast drum beats, and enormous circle pits. seriously, very good band. keep your eye out for them. i'd heard of, but never heard them. so to see them was cool, i found myselt tapping my feet, smiling, nodding my head, and even tempted to run into the circle pit, so all is good there :)

NFG were incredible. proper on form, alex and jess thought his voice was funny. i disagree, i thought the setlist was amazing, flawless performance. i love love love pop punk. it's awesome.
louise promised me her and aarons first children would be called bambi and simba. i'm so shotgunning godfather by the way. YAY. :D

went to uni yesterday, one module we do is to improve out welsh language, as it's quite a hard language to learn. i got 68% so was pretty happy with that. thats 1/10 of that module done now. YAY. :)
erm.. had a fun art lesson, we just got to clue stuff to wood and stuff. was proper good fun haha. :D
we've sorted out a lot of group uni work so thats all good.
right, got in from NFG at 2am, got up at 8am for uni, and was there till 5.30.. dedication to the max. i am going to be an incredible teacher. :) haha. maybe, we'll see. ahahahah.
wales beat australia today, wales shat all over them. a few stupid mistakes, and jones missed like 3 penalties. the score was 21-18.. but in all fairness, had the stupid errors not happened it would have been around 37-11.. so yeah. wales need to up their game before the six nations and stuff. :) yay wales. it's all promising i guess :D

not blogged in a few dayz guyz
well guys, not much has happened.
i woke up one day with a migraine. so bad. i slept some more and it was okay.
i've started planning an essay for uni, it's not due in for a while, but it's nice to be one step ahead and to start doing it. yay :D omg guys, right. new found glory is soon. i am so excited. it'll be incredible. :)
went to the gym tonight. worked out. it was fun.

Goodbye Daniel. LOL.
Well Dan, you annoyed me, you made a few people (Austin, Laura) leave, who definitaly didn't deserve to go, but i was sad to see him go. he was so nice about it, which made me feel bad about hating him haha.
Had some uni friends over last night, just drank a lot, had a take away, and had real good fun. I love nights like that. i was expecting it to be good, but they ended up staying till about 2am, and it was just such good fun :) so thanks to Gaz, Rhods, Dave and Sioned for a great night. I look forward to Il Divo and Smackdown haha \m/!
I feel proper ill all day. keep wanting to throw up :(

Well, we won... but i'm not happy with it.
Wales 34-13 Canada.
It should have been a much bigger gap in the score. kudos to Canada for having a strong defense line. I will say though, they're lucky we had a team of pretty much seconds, only about 4 or 5 that'd make the original squad. Gatland saving them for New Zealand looked like a good move, although the gutting thing is James Hook is injured. Not sure how serious that was, they said it was too early to comment.
I'm fucking bricking the New Zealand game. it'll proper test us bruv. i think seing how they play tomorrow against ireland will give us a good indication of what to look out for, and obviously we'll have a MUCH better team come then. Todays team only had a few days to practice and gel together as a team, not enough. We'll have a fairly strong squad against the all blacks. we wont win, but i don't think it'll be a walkover.
X factor tomorrow. with out Laura. I'm pissed off. ahahah. Diana or Alexandra for the fucking win.

Well.. the second coming (not of christ, of my blogs. EPIC LULZ)
Just got in from Swansea. it is 2am. i'm hyper, not tired.
so... my day?
started off a little annoying, alarm going off at 12pm, meant having to get up and head to uni (during reading week :@) haha, got in. no one where we organised to meet. i was 20 minutes late, so called about. oh, it got cancelled, but they all assumed one of them would text me. no one did. i made them feel guilty by telling them it took me an hour (it took about 20 minutes) to drive in. I did what i always do when i feel down, i got myself a subway. chicken and bacon if you're asking. it made me feel a lot better, then i went home. lulz.
i called alex, and we set off to swansea to see dave mcpherson do an acoustic set. got there, got a ticket (£5, not bad =) woo) and then we just headed to weatherspoons. it was curry night. my stomach was rumbling, and they had loads of shitty korma and tikka, so i got me a vindaloo, the only spicy thing there. it was delicious, although i've been farting and they've been burning for hours. my ass is like the japanese flag. ahahahaha. ring of fire baby.
we met up with sophie west which was fun =) and the three of us headed to the show. we went outside for a bit, and dave and greg from inme talked with us, and remembered us from the last show. they pointed out that i always have my TBS hoodie on, and even noticed alex had new tattoos, which was pretty sweet :D and then dave did a set for about an hour. his own material, inme covers, and even radiohead, death cab for cutie and a rap song which i don't remember haha. i stole a poster from the wall and got it signed.
we headed home, and talked about loads of cool stuff. like dianne. none of you will know who "dianne" is, except for alex and i, and a select few that live in llandissilio. many lulz were provided.
dianne was not harmed in the making of this blog.
wales are playing canada tomorrow. i am excited. :)

Sup?
So, this is my first blog. Hopefuly i'll manage to keep it going.
Haha, the last time i did something like this, was when i was about 13, and it was a livejournal, stuff like "omg guyz, dad yelled at me lol. i h8 him.".. This will just be about day-to-day life, ya know. Uni, nights out, friends, that kind of thing. :)
So i've been off uni this week, 'reading week'.. that kind of thing. i have 2 assignments due in like a month, and i have no motivation what so ever. it's starting to annoy me a little to be honest. I just wish i'd be able to like, i dunno, get all my work done and be happy with what i've got. i'm far too laid back about it this year. last year i was finishing assignments about 5 days before the hand-in date, and getting pretty good marks on them. i see this year being different. i do feel as if my heart isn't quite as into it as it was. but i'll stick it out.
I'm off to swansea tomorrow night to see Dave McPherson of InMe (www.myspace.com/inmeofficial) do an acoustic set, i think it's all of his own material too, not inme songs. so that will be pretty great. i'll do a blog about how it goes no doubt. Before i get to enjoy any fo that though, i'm in uni for hours, gonna try and finish a group task. We have to make a questionaire on special needs, by choosing one specific one. it's harder than it sounds. trying to decide what audience you're hoping will read it is a bit hard, and untill you've done that, you can't really think of questions to ask. >.<
For the rest of tonight my plan is to watch some tv, go for a drive to get the new Kerrang and stuff, and uh.. yeah. that's pretty much it. Then go to bed.
